The Model 285-P Portable Pneumatic Mixer was designed to assist the mixing of
Semkit® packages. The spindle assembly rotates the mixing rod while
the operator strokes the cartridge vertically along the length of the mixing
rod. This permits the dasher inside the cartridge to thoroughly mix the
materials. The bell timer, maximum mixing time of 5 minutes, alerts the operator
when the mix cycle is completed. Use of the mixer reduces the operator fatigue on mixing of the filled Semkit. The result is also a more consistent, uniform mix from kit to kit. The mixer weighs less than 8 pounds. It is equipped with handle for ease of portability. The high torque motor is of heavy-duty construction to withstand the rigors of industrial use. The motor has a 0-380 RPM range at 90 PSI. Maximum torque of 14 foot-pounds. Recommended operating pressure is 90 PSI at 12 CFM. |
