Description
Acrylic structural adhesives are two-component, room-temperature curing systems that offer excellent environmental and chemical resistance. Each series offers a unique combination of benefits:
 

Lord 200 Series Acrylic Adhesives bond minimally prepared or unprepared surfaces. They offer excellent adhesion to unprepared metals, ceramic magnets and plastics. Viscosities range from paste to liquid. Cure times range from 2 to 35 minutes.
201 Semi-flexible, Medium cure, Medium viscosity
202 Semi-flexible, Fast cure, Medium viscosity
204 Semi-flexible, Medium cure, High viscosity
206 Long working time
   

Lord 400 Series Acrylic Adhesives offer extremely high impact and peel strength. They bond minimally prepared metals and plastics, and achieve high shear strengths. They also provide excellent environmental and chemical resistance.
403 Flexible, High impact & peel resistance, Fast cure
406 Flexible, High impact & peel resistance, Medium working time
410 Flexible, High impact & peel resistance, Long working time
   

Lord 500 Series Acrylic Adhesives bond plastics and prepared metals; they offer excellent adhesion to both thermoplastics and thermoset plastics. They are available with varying handling characteristics and cure times.
506 Simi-flexible, medium cure, Medium viscosity
510 Fast cure
513 Fast cure, Non-sagging
521 Medium viscosity, Slow cure
551 Sprayable, Medium cure
   

Lord 600 Series Acrylic Adhesive offers lower-odor and lower flammability than other acrylic adhesives. This adhesive provides excellent adhesion to all unprepared metals and some plastics
648 Low odor, Low flammability, non-sag

# 5 Mix-in accelerator for 200, 400, or 500 Series (20:1 mix ration by weight)

# 18 Mix-in accelerator for use with all Lord acrylic adhesives (from 10:1 to 2:1 ration by volume)
