Typical Applications
Lord® 7610 is a single-pack, moisture cure urethane adhesive/sealant which offers
excellent adhesion to various plastics, wood, fabrics, and metals, especially precoated
steel.
Features and Benefits
Chemically Resistant - This adhesive is solvent resistant once it has cured. Painting and most cleaning processes do not affect bond strength.
Moisture Cure - Single pack, no mixing required.
Using Lord 7610 Adhesive
Prior to bonding, parts should be clean, dry and free of contamination or foreign
particles. A wipe with a solvent such as Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) or Isopropyl Alcohol
(IPA) is usually sufficient. Abrasion of the substrate is not needed In most cases;
however, adhesion is enhanced when the substrate is mechanically prepared.
Place Lord 7610 adhesive on one surface and join within 10 minutes.
