One-Part Neoprene Primer

Description

PR-1523-M is an adhesion promoter to enhance the coupling characteristic of polyurethane compounds to neoprene surfaces.

PR-1523-M is a one part compound suitable for application by brush. The material dries at room temperature in approximately 30 minutes.
