CUSTOM PACKAGING CAPABILITIES

Custom Kits:
We work with our customer to design the optimum packaging system for their needs. We work with the customer to make the correct choice for the material, and package an additional required items to be included with the units then shipped. Labeling information is complete and unique to the customer's requirement for lot / batch numbers, customer drawing or part numbers, shelf like information and any other information that space will allow.

Authorized Semkit® Packager:
Bergdahl Associates, Inc, is a authorized Semkit® packager. The Semkit® unit is a closed, two-part, variable ratio mixing and dispensing system. We will fill these kits with your specified material, in the required ratio, and in the size you require.

MixPac:
We package these kits that are fixed, volumetric ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1. Different length of static mixers can be provided to match the mixing characteristics of you material. These kits can be partially dispensed and recapped for use again at a later time requiring only a new mixer to be installed before continued use. They are best if used with medium viscosity materials and with resin and catalyst viscosities that are similar.

Manufacturer Prepackaged Materials:
Courtaulds Aerospace, Lord Industrial Adhesives, and Bostik Adhesives and sealants are available in small dispensing kits for safety and convenience. We can supply these kits with additional custom labeling when requested. Manufacturer's realize that many of their products prove to be reliable in both Semkit® and MixPac units and provide them in these units from the factory. As their Authorized Distributor, we can and will stock these for customers for regularly scheduled releases.
