Semco Semmatic Dispensing Control Units
When you need to accurately dispense and precisely apply production fluids or lubricants, look to the new line of Semco® dispensing control units for unsurpassed accuracy and ease of use. Semco ’s full line of Semmatic® application control units are shipped ready to be used with Semco disposable syringes, cartridges or the Semkit unique storage, mixing and application package for multi-component materials. Whether you are bonding fasteners in honeycomb structures, applying solder masks, potting electronic components or dispensing other materials in exact quantities, you can take the guesswork out of precise metering with a Semmatic application control unit.

Semmatic 1800 (P/N 233356) This member of the Semmatic family is a lightweight, totally pneumatic, non-electric unit offering precise pressure and vacuum control. Actuation of the control unit via the foot valve permits the operator to have their hands free to hold and manipulate the work piece when dispensing from syringes, cartridges or the 250S gun. When used with the 550S gun, control is made from the gun trigger. This unit offers an adjustable vacuum for controlling the dripping of fluid between dispense cycles. For very fluid materials the vacuum may also be used to fill the syringe or cartridge reservoir without accumulating air bubbles.

Semmatic 1900 (P/N 233359)
This unit has all the features of the 1800 plus an adjustable solid state electric timer. Optimum dispensing is achieved with micro adjustment of output pressure and dispense time with options of automatic timing or fully manual operation. A switch on the control panel permits instant changeover from a continuous flow to an adjustable timed deposit. An enhanced solenoid is provided for instant on-off response.

Semmatic 2000 (P/N 233100)
This unit has all the features of the 1900 plus a second adjustable timer that controls the time between deposits.
