eOx® AeroTech 2000 Lab Notes – Sept. 26, 2000


Problem: Clean fuel nozzle on “air / oil cooler” control unit.

Nozzle before cleaning

Test process: Nozzle was placed into Branson Ultrasonic 2510 cleaner filled with eOx® AeroTech 2000. Ultrasonic bath was warmed to 120°F (49°C). The nozzles were placed in cleaner bath.

Start of cleaning in Branson model 2510 Ultrasonic Cleaner

Ultrasonic cleaner was run for 15 minutes. Nozzles were then removed and rinsed in water.

Nozzles was inspected and found to be free of contamination.

Return to AeroTech 2000 successes.
