Oil Tube Assembly from a GE CFM 56 turbine engine cleaned with eOx® AeroTech 2000. Oil Tube was removed from service “plugged”. By just soaking the tube in eOx AeroTech 2000 in a ultrasonic bath at 120ºF and then rinsed, contamination and blockage were removed and there was no stock loss or degradation of the part. eOx AeroTech 2000 is a new aqueous cleaner that is designed for cleaning turbine engine parts and conforms to ARP 1755B.
